To establish a 24/7 prayer and resource support call center. To partner with local organizations willing to help us equip and disciple an army of believers that will help usher in the end time harvest for the Kingdom of God.
Mark and Ruth Scott

Before Mark and Ruth met at a local church in Tampa, the Lord had already placed the vision of The Recovery Network on Mark's heart. He is an Army veteran who served in infantry and majored in the area of communications. He has worked in various functions of broadcasting in such ministries as CBN, Inspiration Network, It's Supernatural Network, God TV, and many more. He is committed to living out his life to fulfill the mandate God has placed on his heart.
Ruth and Mark are a blended family of 9 children and 8 grandchildren. Ruth has served in various areas in ministry such as children and youth pastor, Bible and English teacher.
They are passionate about their call, bold and on fire for God. Mark and Ruth are unashamed and unapologetic about their Love to win souls and seeing the lost recovered back to their rightful place as sons and daughters of our King Jesus. Until the Lord's return, they are determined to fulfill the mandate God has given them.
The Lord is calling them from behind the cameras to the frontline to REACH, RECONCILE AND RECOVERY the lost, bring healing to the brokenhearted and to set the captives free.
